摘要
以磷脂含量及金属离子吸附能力为指标,正交试验优化磁性脂质微粒固定化金属离子(NS-NI^(2+))的制备工艺,考察NS-NI^(2+)对长蛇鲻蛋白酶解物5 kDa渗透液(LFPH-I)的吸附特性。结果表明,NS-NI^(2+)最优制备工艺为:磷脂0.4 g,N-十六烷基亚氨基二乙酸钠(HIDA)0.25 g,搅拌速度800 rpm,硬脂酸2.0 g,聚乙烯醇(PVA)浓度2%,Fe 3O 40.33 g。NS-NI^(2+)对长蛇鲻蛋白酶解物5 kDa渗透液(LFPH-I)吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型。
By using phospholipid content and metal ion adsorption capacity as indexes,the preparation process of magnetic lipid particle immobilized metal ion(NS-NI^(2+))was optimized by orthogonal test.The adsorption properties of the Lizard Fish protein hydrolysate(LFPH-I)by NS-NI^(2+) were investigated.The results indicated that the optimum preparation conditions of NS-NI^(2+) were as follows:phospholipid dosage was 0.4 g,N-hexadecyliminodiacetic acid was 0.25 g,stirring speed was 800 rpm,stearic acid was 2.0 g,PVA concentration was 2%,Fe_(3)O_(4) as 0.33 g.The adsorption kinetics of LFPH-I by NS-NI^(2+) accorded with the quasi-second-order kinetic model.
