摘要
高速公路差异化收费,是对高速公路资源的再优化、再分配,是缓解交通流量分配不均、提高路网使用率和车辆通行效率的有效手段。经过几年的试点,部分省份已取得显著成效,但也面临困境和难题。以山东省为例,列举当前高速公路差异化收费的问题瓶颈,并有针对性地提出了对策和建议。
The expressway differential toll is the reoptimization and redistribution of expressway resources,the effective means to alleviate the uneven distribution of traffic flow,and increase the utilization rate of the road network and the rate of vehicle traffic.After several years of experiments,some provinces have achieved remarkable results,but they are also facing dilemmas and problems.The author takes Shandong province as an example,enumerates the bottlenecks of the current expressway differential toll,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner.
