摘要
心理韧性应理解为个体受到创伤、遭遇困境之后,完成自我心理修复,达到良好地适应创伤和困境的状态。心理韧性将帮助个体面对危机时增强自信,身心快速恢复健康,适应挫折和困境生活,同时还将有助于个体始终保持正常的心理状态,促使个体心智逐渐成熟。目前,积极心理健康教育受到人们的重视,高校也将心理韧性理念应用到心理危机干预工作中,创新了工作方式,将心理韧性理念逐步渗透到危机干预前后各阶段,从心理韧性视角针对危机干预采取专业手段,促进个体逐渐建立起稳定的心理韧性积极品质,帮助个体提高抗挫折能力,增强生活幸福感。
Psychological resilience should be understood as the individual will complete self-psychological repair after suffering from trauma and difficulties,so as to adapt to the state of trauma and predicament.Psychological resilience will help individuals to enhance self-confidence in the face of crisis,quickly recover their physical and mental health,and adapt to setbacks and difficult life.At the same time,it will also help individuals to maintain a normal psychological state and promote individual mental maturity.At present,positive mental health education has been attracted people s attention.Colleges and universities have also applied the concept of psychological resilience to psychological crisis intervention,innovated the working mode,and gradually infiltrated the concept of psychological resilience into all stages before and after crisis intervention.From the perspective of psychological resilience,professional means are adopted for crisis intervention to promote individuals to gradually establish a stable positive quality of psychological resilience,help individuals improve the ability to resist setbacks and enhance the sense of happiness in life.
