摘要
高校图书馆知识产权信息服务动力机制是指推动高校知识产权信息服务发展的动力系统以及系统内各个要素之间的互动机理。文章在分析动力机制的基础上,提出推进高校知识产权信息服务发展的主要路径,包括提高主体发展意识,加大宣传与推广;提升服务能力,重视人才队伍建设;以用户需求为导向,拓展服务的宽度和深度;充分运用先进技术,构建信息服务平台;认真学习政策法规,加强服务标准化;积极面对市场竞争,主动寻找合作伙伴。
The dynamic mechanism of intellectual property information service in university libraries refers to the dynamic system that promotes the development of intellectual property information service in universities and the interaction mechanism among various elements of the system.Based on the analysis of the dynamic mechanism,the main path to promote the development of intellectual property information service in university libraries is proposed,including raising the awareness of the subject development and increasing the publicity and promotion,improving the service capacity and attaching importance to the construction of talent team,taking user demand as the guide and expanding the width and depth of service,making full use of advanced technology and building an information service platform,studying the policies and regulations carefully and strengthening the service standardization,actively facing the market competition and actively looking for partners.
