摘要
专利情报如同技术创新迷途中的"领航员",其领航作用主要体现为:一是动态监视全球技术创新趋势动向;二是导航指引产业技术创新发展路径;三是寻找跃迁发展机遇加速研发进程。本文从理论和实务两个层面分别详细解读上述3个作用的内涵、外延和操作要点。
Patent intelligence serves as the ＂navigator＂ in technological innovation. The navigating role is embodied within three aspects： First, it continuously monitors the trends in global technological innovations; Second, it guides the direction of future development of industrial technology innovation; Third, it seeks for opportunities to overtake competitors and accelerate innovations. This paper elaborates on the intensions, extensions, and operating principals of these aspects.
