摘要
针对倾斜松软煤层透气性差、突出危险性强、地层倾角变化幅度大、成孔难度高、瓦斯治理难度大等问题,提出了采用梳状定向钻孔水力压裂技术进行煤巷条带瓦斯治理模式,研究了倾斜松软煤层定向钻探技术难点和水力压裂技术的适用性,在某矿区6#煤层煤巷条带消突进行试验探索该技术的适用性。试验结果表明:定向钻孔可实现远距离消突,水力压裂技术有利于煤层增透、提高瓦斯抽采效率,解决倾斜松软煤层条带消突问题,二者结合代表松软突出煤层瓦斯治理先进技术发展方向。
Aiming at the problems of poor gas permeability,strong outburst danger,large variation range of strata dip angle,high difficulty in hole formation and great difficulty in gas control,the comb directional drilling hydraulic fracturing technology was put forward to control gas in coal roadway strip,the technical difficulties of directional drilling in inclined soft coal seam and the applicability of hydraulic fracturing technology were studied,and the applicability of this technology was explored by experiments in No.6 coal seam strip outburst elimination in a mining area.The test results show that directional drilling can realize long-distance outburst elimination,and hydraulic fracturing technology is beneficial to increase coal seam permeability,improve gas extraction efficiency,and solve the problem of strip outburst elimination in inclined soft coal seam.The combination of the two represents the development direction of advanced technology for gas control in soft and outburst coal seam.
