摘要
根据钻孔塑性区力学特性 ,应用常规钻机和自动变径扩孔钻具在突出煤层打大直径钻孔 ,解决了突出煤层打大直径钻孔可能诱导煤与瓦斯突出问题 ,对抽放效果进行了对比考察。试验结果表明 ,大直径钻孔有效排放半径是普通钻孔的 1 84倍 ,提高瓦斯抽放量 1 5
Base in the mechanism in the plasticity zone of the borehole, the application of the conventional drilling rig and auto variable diameter boreholes drilling tools to the large diameter borehole drilling in seam with coal and gas outburst in potential has solved the coal and gas outburst occurred in the large diameter borehole drilling in seam with coal and gas outburst in potential. In the comparison with the gas drainage results, the test results showed that the effective gas drainage radius of the large diameter borehole was 1.84 times higher than the conventional borehole and the gas drainage value was improved by 1.58 times.
