摘要
基于气动螺杆马达定向钻进技术及装备,根据青龙煤矿实际情况,对21601工作面钻场钻孔布置方案进行了设计,探讨了顺层定向长钻孔施工特点,现场试验结果表明,定向钻孔深度300 m以上的超过75%,最大深度达406 m,瓦斯抽采纯量是常规钻孔的10倍以上。收集整理了2014—2018年钻孔工程量、瓦斯抽采量、抽采率、瓦斯治理井巷工程量、甲烷超限次数、回采煤量、瓦斯利用量和瓦斯发电量等相关数据,利用软件Excel绘制参数变量随时间变化的柱状图,对比分析了常规钻孔和定向钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果,结果表明,定向钻孔抽采效率远优于常规钻孔,更能满足煤矿井下的实际需求。
Based on the pneumatic screw motor directional drilling technology and equipment,according to the actual situation of Qinglong coal mine,the drilling layout plan of the drilling site of the21601 working face was designed,and the construction characteristics of the bedding directional long drilling were discussed.The field test results showed that the directional drilling The depth of more than 300 m is more than 75%,the maximum depth is 406 m,and the scalar volume of gas drainage is more than 10 times that of conventional drilling.Collected and sorted out relevant data such as drilling volume,gas drainage volume,extraction rate,gas control shaft and road volume,methane overruns,recovery coal volume,gas utilization volume and gas power generation volume from 2014 to 2018.Using the software Excel to draw a histogram of parameter variables changing with time,the gas drainage effects of conventional drilling and directional drilling are compared and analyzed.The results show that the efficiency of directional drilling is far better than that of conventional drilling,which can meet the requirements of underground coal mines.
