摘要
为提高煤矿应急管理水平,青龙煤矿根据国家相关政策法规,制定了多项安全生产事故应急预案,构建了一整套应急管理体系,并借助信息化手段,实现了应急管理在线指挥调度,取得较好的应用效果。
In order to improve the emergency management level of coal mine,according to the relevant national policies and regulations,Qinglong Coal Mine has formulated a number of emergency plans for work safety accidents,constructed a set of emergency management system,and realized the online command and dispatch of emergency management with the help of information technology,which has achieved good application results.
