摘要
基于集成电路产业链发展,在大量调研的基础上,阐述集成电路产业发展面临的关键性问题,包括产业发展方向、人才培养方案、创新评价机制,探讨我国集成电路产业实现自主可控发展的分析案例。
Based on the development of integrated circuit industry chain and a large number of investigations, this paper expounds the key problems faced by the development of integrated circuit industry, including industry development direction, talent training scheme, innovation evaluation mechanism, and probes into the analysis cases of realizing independent and controllable development of China’s integrated circuit industry.
