摘要 地形图测绘是测绘工程建设中的一项重要工作,传统的大比例尺地形图测量工作外业具有人工采集烦琐、受条件限制多、劳动强度大、人力和物力投入大、成本高昂、作业周期长、数据作业格式不统一、工作效率低下的劣势,且地形图更新缓慢,无法及时有效完成工程快速建设的工作,影响后期的数据管理与入库工作,难以满足测绘工程项目建设过程中要求的整体性、时效性。快速高效、高精度地制作大比例尺地形图的具体措施,为大比例尺地形图的应用领域提供翔实的基础资料,是目前亟须解决的问题。文章基于激光点云、DEM、DOM等多源数据的融合,形成DIOM和DOEM,为大比例尺地形图制作提供一种新的方法。 Topographic map surveying and mapping is an important work in surveying and mapping engineering construction.The traditional large-scale topographic map surveying has the disadvantages of tedious field manual collection,many restrictions,high labor intensity,large investment in human and material resources,high cost,long operation cycle,inconsistent data operation format,and low efficiency.Moreover,the topographic map updating is slow and cannot be timely and effective.The need to complete the rapid construction of the project affects the later data management and warehousing work,and it is difficult to meet the integrity and timeliness required in the process of surveying and mapping project construction.The specific measures to produce large-scale topographic maps quickly,efficiently and with high precision,and to provide detailed basic information for the application fields of large-scale topographic maps,are problems that need to be solved urgently.In this paper,DIOM and DOEM are formed based on the fusion of laser point cloud,DEM,DOM and other multi-source data,which provides a new method for the production of large-scale topographic map.
