摘要
习近平同志在浙江工作期间,围绕推进“法治浙江”建设作出了一系列重要论述,其理论要义可由理论内涵、核心理念、发展战略、实践关系、政治要求、未来愿景等理论层次和民主法治论、法治为民论、四位一体论、法治社会论、系统工程论、基层基础论、统筹兼顾论、党的领导论、法治能力论和法治文化论等核心观点加以阐释和把握。习近平“法治浙江”建设重要论述是地方法治建设中认真贯彻中央决策部署和紧密结合地区实际的成功范例,不仅为新世纪以来浙江法治建设提供了科学的思想行动指南,而且是习近平法治思想形成的重要先行实践探索和思想理论渊源。
During his work in Zhejiang,Comrade Xi Jinping made a series of important discussions on advancing the construction of the“rule of law in Zhejiang”.Its theoretical essence can be based on theoretical levels such as theoretical connotations,core concepts,development strategies,practical relations,political requirements,ideal scenarios,as well as on core viewpoints such as democratic rule of law,rule of law for the people,four-in-one theory,theory of rule of law society,system engineering theory,basic theory of basic level,theory of party leadership,theory of overall planning,ability of rule of law,and theory of rule of law culture.Xi Jinping's important statement on the construction of rule of law in Zhejiang is a successful example of implementation of central decision-making and deployment in the construction of local rule of law and close integration of regional realities.It not only provides a scientific ideological and action guide for the construction of rule of law in Zhejiang in the new century,but also lays an important ideological and theoretical foundation for Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law.
