摘要
目的对优质护理在老年白内障超声乳化围手术期应用效果进行比较和分析。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的老年白内障患者98例,年龄60~82岁,随机分成两组,研究组49例,采取优质护理措施,对照组49例,采取常规护理。两组患者在年龄、性别、疾病类型等方面比较,差异值无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者裸眼视力小于0.50,晶状体硬度Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,症状、体征、专科检查结果符合白内障诊断标准。伴有严重循环系统、神经系统、内分泌系统、血液系统疾病,伴有严重感染的患者不在本研究范围内。结果研究组患者焦虑发生率、并发症发生率更低,视力恢复率提高,住院时间缩短,与对照组相比,差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者满意度达到95.91%,显著高于对照组的89.79%,差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有效降低了患者焦虑的发生率和并发症发生率,患者视力恢复更好,住院时间缩短,护理满意度更高。
Objective The effects of high-quality nursing on the perioperative period of senile phacoemulsification were compared and analyzed.Methods Select 98 elderly cataract patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,aged 60-82 years old,and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in the study group,taking high-quality nursing measures,and 49 cases in the control group,taking routine care.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of age,gender,and disease type(P>0.05).All patients had naked eyesight less than 0.50,lens hardnessⅡ-Ⅲ,and symptoms,signs,and specialist examination results met the diagnostic criteria for cataract.Patients with severe circulatory system,nervous system,endocrine system,blood system diseases,and severe infections are not in the scope of this study.Results In the study group,the incidence of anxiety,the incidence of complications were lower,the rate of visual recovery was improved,and the length of hospital stay was shortened.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the study group was 95.91%,significantly higher than the control group(89.79%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality care effectively reduces the incidence of anxiety and complications of patients,and patients have better vision recovery,shorter hospital stays,and higher nursing satisfaction.
