摘要
目的观察糖尿病合并白内障超声乳化围手术期整体护理效果。方法选取2018年10月-2019年5月因糖尿病合并白内障于该院眼科接受手术治疗的164例患者为观察目标,依据围手术期护理方法不同分为两组,观察组82例采取围手术期整体护理,对照组82例采取传统围手术期护理,对比两组的围术期护理效果差异。结果观察组术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用、SDS评分、SAS评分、术后并发症以及血糖水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期整体护理能够促使糖尿病合并白内障患者心理健康,有利于减少术后并发症、降低住院费用、缩短住院治疗时间以及控制血糖水平。
Objective To observe the overall nursing effect of perioperative phacoemulsification in diabetic patients with cataract.Methods 164 patients who underwent surgery for ophthalmology in the hospital from October 20 to May 2019 due to diabetes and cataract were selected as observation targets.They were divided into 2 groups according to different perioperative nursing methods,and 82 patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative hotistic nursing,82 patients in the control group were treated with traditional perioperative care,and the difference in perioperative nursing effects between the two groups was compared.Results Intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,Hospital costs、SDS score,SAS score,postoperative complications and blood sugar levels in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative holistic nursing can promote the mental health of diabetic patients with cataract,which is beneficial to reduce postoperative complications,reduce hospitalization costs,and shorten hospitalization time.
