摘要
为研究不同能量水平对高山美利奴和南非肉用美利奴杂交F1代(简称高×南F1代)断奶羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能的影响,采用单因子随机试验设计,选取45只高×南F1代断奶公羔,分为高、中、低能组,进行104天的饲养试验,测定生长指标、屠宰性能和肉品质指标。结果显示:随饲养期时间的增加,中能量组羔羊的体重增加较为明显;高、中能量组羔羊的平均采食量、料重比极显著低于低能量组(P<0.01);低能量组羔羊的宰前活重极显著低于高能量组和中能量组(P<0.01);高能量组羔羊的胴体重显著高于低能量组(P<0.05);中能量组羔羊的屠宰率显著低于低能量组(P<0.05)。研究表明,高×南F1代羔羊的代谢能水平最低需要量为10.10 MJ/kg,该能量水平能促进羔羊的生长发育及对养分的消化吸收。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different energy levels on the growth performance and slaughter performance of Alpine Merino and South African mutton Merino crossbred F1(Gao ×Nan F1) weaned lambs. A single factor randomized trial design was adopted. Forty-five male lambs of Gao×Nan F1 generation were selected and divided into high, medium and low energy groups. The feeding experiment was conducted for 104 days to determine the growth indexes, slaughter performance and meat quality indexes.The results showed that with the increase of feeding period, the body weight of lambs in medium energy group increased significantly;the average feed intake and feed/gain of lambs in high and medium energy groups were significantly lower than those in low energy group(P<0.01);the live weight before slaughter of lambs in low energy group was significantly lower than that in high energy group and medium energy group(P<0.01);the carcass weight of lambs in high energy group was significantly higher than that in low energy group(P<0.05);the slaughter rate of lambs in medium energy group was significantly lower than that in low energy group(P<0.05). The results show that the minimum metabolizable energy level of Gao× Nan F1 lambs was 10.10 MJ/kg,which could promote the growth and development of lambs and nutrient digestion and absorption.
