摘要
南海某油田产液量大,油水性质复杂,导致三相分离器分离后的原油含水偏高,影响下游电脱水器正常运行,经常出现高电流跳闸问题。电脱水器无法正常使用,造成外输原油含水高,加剧外输海管的腐蚀,增加下游终端处理厂的油水处理负担和处理费用。为此,实施生产分离器技术改造,增加静电聚结破乳功能,成功实现了电场破乳技术在高含水工况下的应用,使处理后的原油含水量降低至3%以下,满足外输要求。
In an oilfield of South China sea,large amount and complex crude oil composition result in high water content in crude oil after seperated via an oil-gas-water separator,which gives an negative effect on the operation of the down-stream dehydrator(e.g.,high current tripping operation).Consequently the corrosion occurs more and the oil/water treatment cost in the dow-stream plant increased.In this article,a modification of seperation technology is carried out.The electrostatic coalescence demulsification process is improved.Thus,the water content of the treated crude oil is down to 3% and less even under a high water content working condition.
