摘要
采用传统的电脱水(盐)技术处理劣质原油及重质油,存在投资和运行费用高、脱水效率低及设备运行不稳定等问题。介绍了水颗粒破碎理论、双频电场技术的研发阶段及其电源配置、波形分析等。国外现场应用结果表明,双频电场技术大幅提高了电场脱水(盐)效率,与常规AC电脱水器相比,可将设备的体积大大减小,同时降低了原油处理温度,减少了化学破乳剂的使用量,达到节能降耗的生产要求,有效地应对了现阶段原油劣质化和重质化的严峻挑战。
In adoption of traditional electric dehydration (desahing) technology to deal with inferior crude oil and heavy oil, there exist problems such as high running costs, low dehydration efficiency and unstable running of equipment. The water particle breakage theory, development stages of dual frequency electric field technology, and the technology' s power supply configuration and waveform analysis were introduced. The foreign field application shows that the technology improves electric field dehydration (desalting) efficiency remarkably. Compared with con- ventional AC dehydrator, the crude oil treatment temperature decreases; the usage of chemical demulsifier is re- duced; the requirement on energy conservation and consumption reduction is satisfied. The technology can effective- ly deal with the severe challenge of crude oil inferiority and densification at the present stage.
