摘要
针对扶余油田老井含水率高、新井含水率低的情况,对扶余油田原油乳化特性实验技术进行了研究。介绍了目前对扶余油田现场集输管道内的流动形态进行观察、取样的方法以及实验室研究技术。利用大量的实验数据及根据实验数据生成的变化曲线,从原油乳状液的形成条件和反相条件两个方面阐述了含水率、温度及剪切率对乳状液乳化和反相基本特性的影响。提出了现阶段对扶余油田原油乳化特性进行实验研究的方法。
Water cut is different in old and new oil wells of Fuyu Oil Field. The emulsion performance of crude oil from Fuyu Oil Field is investigated. The observation,sampling and laboratory experimental methods for oil flowing in transmission pipeline are introduced. The effects of water cut,temperature and share rate on emulsification and anti-mutual property are analyzed on the basis of formation condition of milky liquid from crude oil and anti-mutual condition. The experimental method favorable to research oil emulsion performance in Fuyu Oil Field is presented.
