摘要
高达90%的患者在直肠切除术后出现不同程度的低位前切除综合征(LARS)。目前治疗LARS有盆底康复治疗、骶神经刺激、经肠道灌洗及药物治疗等多种方法,但仍缺乏广泛的共识或指南。本文将对近年直肠癌保肛术后肛门功能恢复的相关研究进展进行综述。
Up to 90%of patients after rectal resection who experience various degrees of low anterior resection syndrome(LARS).At present,there are a variety of methods for the treatment of LARS,including pelvic floor rehabilitation,sacral nerve stimulation,transanal irrigation and drug treatment.However,there is still no consensus or guidelines.The recent research progress of the recovery of anal function after surgical treatment of rectal cancer is reviewed in this paper.
