摘要
分析盆底肌训练(Kegel)联合盆底康复对腹腔镜筋膜外子宫切除术患者盆底功能的治疗效果,为后续研究提供参考。选取68例患者为样本,依据治疗的先后顺序平均分为对照组和研究组。对照组采取Kegel运动,研究组在对照组的基础上加入盆底康复治疗,对比两组盆底肌改善状况以及生活质量。研究组盆底肌改善状况、生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。采取Kegel运动联合盆底康复对腹腔镜筋膜外子宫切除患者盆底功能的治疗效果理想,有利于患者的预后。
The research analyzes the curative effect of Kegel combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation on the treatment effect of Laparoscopic extrafascial pelvic floor function in hysterectomy patients,to provide reference for the further research.68 patients are selected as samples,and they are divided into control group and research group according to the treatment order.Control group receive Kegel exercise,and research group receive pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment based on control group.Pelvic floor muscle improvement situation and living quality of two groups are compared.Pelvic floor muscle improvement situation and living quality of research group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Treatment effect of Kegel exercise combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation on the pelvic floor of patients with laparoscopic extrafascial hysterectomy is ideal,and it is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
