肿瘤电场治疗抗肿瘤机制的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤电场治疗(TTFields)的抗肿瘤机制主要是通过干扰有丝分裂中微管亚基的动力学行为,使细胞正常分裂过程受阻,最终导致细胞死亡。近年来,相关研究发现TTFields尚存在免疫学、分子生物学等相关抗肿瘤机制,并可诱导细胞膜和血脑屏障通透性可逆性升高,在与抗肿瘤药物联合使用时发挥协同作用。随着多系统研究的不断开展,TTFields在不同瘤种治疗中的特异性治疗频率、时间和场强等将不断被揭示,进一步扩展TTFields的应用领域,惠及更多患者。 The anti-tumor mechanism of tumor treating fields(TTFields)is mainly through interfering with the dynamics of microtubule subunits in mitosis,which blocks the normal process of cell division and eventually leads to cell death.In recent years,relevant studies have found that TTFields still have immunological,molecular biological and other related anti-tumor mechanisms,and can induce reversible increase of cell membrane and blood-brain barrier permeability,which plays a synergistic role in combination with anti-tumor drugs.With the development of multi-system research,the specific treatment frequency,time and field strength of TTFields in different tumor treatments will be revealed.These research progress will further expand the application field of TTFields and benefit more patients.
