摘要
针对工厂生产管控业务流程变更频繁、二次开发维护困难的问题,分析当前混合云技术的优缺点,结合公有云扩展灵活与私有云私密性强的技术特点,构建了基于混合云架构的生产管控平台,以满足智慧工厂生产管控的业务需求。并对混合云架构下网络安全、数据防护和用户认证方面存在的安全风险进行了分析,有针对性地提出了相应的解决方法。
Aimming at the problem that the factory production control business processes changes frequently,and have difficulty in secondary development and maintenance,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current hybrid cloud technology,combined with the technical characteristics of flexible expansion of public cloud and strong privacy of private cloud,production control platform based on hybrid cloud architecture is built to meet the business needs for production control of intelligent factory.And the safety risks existing in the aspects of network security,data protection and user authentication in hybrid cloud architecture are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are proposed purposefully.
