摘要
目的:通过分析IOLMaster 700测量白内障患者眼部相关生物参数,并与Lenstar LS900进行对比,评估IOLMaster 700在临床使用中的可行性。方法:系列病例研究。收集2019年9-10月于佛山市第二人民医院眼科中心就诊的白内障患者,完成IOLMaster 700和Lenstar LS90测量的有71例。测量得到对应的眼轴长度(AL)、前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)、白到白距离(WTW)、平均角膜曲率(Km)等相关生物参数。采用配对t检验对各参数的差异性作比较,采用Bland-Altman图作一致性分析,采用McNemar检验对AL检出率作分析。结果:IOLMaster 700和Lenstar LS900测量得到的AL、Km的差异均无统计学意义(t=1.728,P=0.088;t=0.804,P=0.424);二者测量得到的ACD、LT、WTW的差异均有统计学意义(t=-5.862,P<0.001;t=3.333,P=0.001;t=4.709,P<0.001);二者测量得到的AL、ACD、LT、WTW及Km的一致性欠佳。IOLMaster 700对AL的检出率较Lenstar LS900高(P=0.016)。结论:在临床白内障患者中,IOLMaster 700与Lenstar LS900测量眼部生物参数的一致性较低;在AL的检出率中IOLMaster 700优于Lenstar LS900。
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of IOLMaster 700 in clinical application by analyzing the ocular related biometric parameters measured by IOLMaster 700 and compared with those of Lenstar LS900 in cataract patients.Methods:In this case series study,71 cataract patients who underwent optical biometry in Foshan Second People's Hospital were enrolled from September to October 2019.Biometric parameters measured both by the IOLMaster 700 and Lenstar LS900 were compared.The axial length(AL),anterior chamber(ACD),lens thickness(LT),white to white(WTW),and mean corneal curvature(Km)were measured.Paired t test was used to compare the differences of the parameters.Bland-Altman plots were used to analyze the consistency.McNemar test was used to analyze the detection rate of AL.Results:There was no significant difference in AL and Km between IOLMaster 700 and Lenstar LS900(t=1.728,P=0.088;t=0.804,P=0.424).There were significant differences in ACD,LT and WTW between the two biometers(t=-5.862,P<0.001;t=3.333,P=0.001;t=4.709,P<0.001).AL,ACD,LT,WTW and Km were not consistent.The detection rate of AL measured by IOLMaster 700 was higher than that by Lenstar LS900(P=0.016).Conclusions:The IOLMaster 700 measurements do not show good consistency with those of Lenstar LS900 in clinical cataract patients.However the IOLMaster 700 has a lower detection failure rate in AL.
