摘要
目的 比较Sirius与Orbscan-Ⅱ测量角膜横径和前房深度的差异,为临床应用提供参考.方法 前瞻性临床研究.对2012年11月至2013年2月在四川大学华西医院眼科就诊的患者中,排除有眼部刺激症状、角膜手术史及裂隙灯检查眼前段有病理改变者.选取近视患者97例(97只眼),角膜厚度均值527 μm,于准分子激光手术前分别采用Sirius与Orbscan-Ⅱ两种仪器测量角膜横径(W-W)和前房深度(ACD),应用SPSS17.0软件进行配对t检验比较两种仪器测量结果的差异,并得出两种结果之间的回归方程.结果 (1) Sirius和Orbscan-Ⅱ测得的角膜横径(W-T-W)均值分别为(11.86±0.38) mm和(11.50±0.31) mm,两者的差值平均为(0.36±0.23) mm,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000即P<0.05);测得的前房深度(ACD)均值分别为(3.28±0.22) mm和(3.13±0.24) mm,两者的差值平均为(0.14±0.18) mm,(P=0.00即P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.(2)两种仪器的测量结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关系数分别为(r^1=0.785,P=0.00; r^2=0.694,P=0.00).据回归方程检验可得出:Sirius所测的W-W和ACD均比Orbscan测的结果大.Sirius (W-W)=(5.155±0.535) ×Orb-scan-Ⅱ(w-w) mm,Sirius (ACD)=(0.538±0.790) ×Orbscan-Ⅱ(ACD) mm.结论 Sirius和Orb-scan-Ⅱ均可较准确的测量正常眼的角膜横径和前房深度,两种仪器的检查结果在应用时可带入公式互换,为临床提供参考.
Objective To compare Sirius and corneal measurement of Orbscan-Ⅱtransverse diameter and anterior chamber depth,and to provide the reference for clinical application.Methods In this prospective study,patients in the Department of Ophthalmology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University were included from November 2012 to February 2013,and with eye symptoms,corneal operation history and anterior segment pathologic changes were eliminated.Ninety-seven cases of myopia patients (97 eyes) were selected with corneal thickness averaged 527 m,the corneal transverse diameter (W-W) and anterior chamber depth (ACD) were measured using both Sirius and Orbscan-Ⅱ instrument before the excimer laser operation,the differences between two kinds of measurement were statistically compared by using paired t test and SPSS17.0 software,the regression equation were drawn.Results Average of corneal diameter (W-T-W) measured by Sirius and Orbscan-Ⅱ were (11.86 ± 0.38) mm and (11.50 ± 0.31) mm respectively,the difference between the average was (0.36 ± 0.23) mm,there was statistically significant (P =0.000 or P 〈0.05); Average of ACD was (3.28 ± 0.22) mm and (3.13 ± 0.24) mm respectively,the difference between the two averages were (0.14 ±0.18)mm (P =0.00,P 〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The differences of two instruments were statistically significant (P 〈0.05),the correlation coefficients were r^1=0.785,P =0.00; r^2=0.694,P =0.According to the regression equation,the W-W and ACD measured by Sirius were better than Orbscan test results.Sirius (W-W) =(5.155±0.535)× Orbscan-Ⅱ (W-W) mm,Sirius (ACD) =(0.538±0.790)× Orbscan-Ⅱ (ACD) mm.Conclusions Sirius and Orbscan-Ⅱ can accurately measure the normal eye corneal diameter and anterior chamber depth,the test results by two kinds of examination can be filled in the formula for exchange,and it provide the references for clinical.
