摘要
中小学是拔尖创新人才早期培育的关键阶段。科学选拔、精心培养是其关键。广州市执信中学以核心素养、立德树人为宗旨,以内部学习动机驱动为理论依据,融合孔子"学思行结合"与杜威"做中学"的教育观点,提出基础层、技法层、应用层为基本层级的可扩展的汉诺塔式创新人才早期发现与培育模式。学校运用汉诺塔选拔模式,以广州执信教育集团创新素养擂台赛为载体开展创新人才早期发现工作,以元培创新课程开展创新人才早期培育工作,取得了很好的培育效果。
Primary and secondary schools play a key role in the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,so scientific selection and careful nurturing are of great importance.Zhixin High School has put forward an extensible Hanoi Tower Model to select innovative talents and provide early cultivation with basic level,skill level and application level as the basis.This model takes the cultivation of core literacy and moral education as the purpose,internal learning motivation as the theoretical basis,integrates the educational viewpoints of Confucius"combination of learning,thinking and action"and Dewey's"learning by doing".Referred to the Hanoi Tower model,the school takes the innovative quality challenge competition of Zhixin Education Group as the carrier to select innovative talents,and nurtures the innovative talents by Yuanpei courses,which has achieved efficient effect.
