摘要
针对常规扰流片推力矢量装置无法提供滚转控制力矩的问题,提出了一种适用于多通道控制的多扰流片矢量结构方案。采用三维数值仿真方法,分析了多扰流片装置喷管内流场结构与推力矢量特性。结果表明,扰流片面阻塞率对多扰流片俯仰/偏航矢量的影响规律与单扰流片一致,扰流片面阻塞率与轴向推力成反比,与侧向力成正比。相同扰流片面阻塞率时,俯偏状态下喷管的内部流动复杂损失大,轴向推力小于滚转状态。通过采用带预制偏角的扰流片,可获得滚转控制力矩,同时,偏角增大滚转力矩增大,轴向推力小幅下降;但俯偏状态下喷管内高压旋流区域缩小使得侧向力大幅下降。多扰流片装置的设计需综合考虑装置的滚转与俯仰/偏航特性。
The jet tab thrust vector control is short of roll control.Thus a multiple tab system is brought forward in this paper.Using a three-dimensional numerical simulation method,the multiple jet tab system was numerically studied to obtain its flow structure and performance characteristics.Results indicate that,the influence of the blockage ratio of tabs on multiple tab system is consistent with that of single tab.The blockage ratio of tabs is inversely proportional to the axial thrust and proportional to the lateral force.At the same blockage rate,the flow structure is more complex and the loss is large in the nozzle,and the axial thrust is less than roll state.By adopting a tab with a prefabricated offset angle,the roll control torque can be obtained.At the same time,the roll torque increases as the deflection angle increases,and the axial thrust decreases slightly;However,the control force will significantly decrease because of the reduction of the high pressure region in the nozzle.Roll and pitch/yaw characteristics should be considered in the design of the multiple tabs system.
