摘要
以某两级动叶可调轴流引风机为对象,构建了3种导叶结构:方案一将短导叶改为长导叶,空心导叶不变;方案二将空心导叶改为长导叶,短导叶不变;方案三将所有叶片均改为长叶片。采用Fluent软件模拟了不同方案下的风机气动特性和内流特征,得到优化后的导叶结构,分析其内在机理。研究表明:方案一的风机全压和效率均有下降,方案二在小流量下风机全压小幅上升。方案三的风机性能提升明显,在设计流量下全压和效率分别提升3.8%和1.8%,第一级导叶效率较原结构提升7%;方案三减少了内部流动的掺混程度,内部流动更均匀,叶片总压整体提高约500 Pa。
Three schemes of guide vane configurations were proposed for a two-stage variable-pitch axial draft fan.Scheme 1 changed short guide vanes into long guide vanes,while the hollow guide vanes remained unchanged;scheme 2 changed hollow guide vanes into long guide vanes and kept the original short guide vanes;scheme 3 changed all vanes into long ones.The aerodynamics and internal flow field characteristics were simulated using Fluent to obtain the optimized vane structure,and the internal mechanism was discussed.Simulated results show that the total pressure rise and efficiency of scheme 1 were reduced,the total pressure rise of scheme 2 increased slightly at a small flow rate;the total pressure and efficiency of scheme 3 were improved by 3.8%and 1.8%respectively at the design flow rate,and the efficiency of the first-stage guide vane was increased by 7%in contrast with the original structure;for scheme 3,the mixing of the internal flow was reduced,leading to more uniform internal flow and a total pressure increase of about 500 Pa.
