预合金粉末对金刚石石材锯片性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 分别使用预合金粉末和单质粉末作为胎体制成锯片,使用公司切割平台测试二种胎体的锯片,分别切割红色花岗岩和黑色花岗岩。预合金胎体的锯片锋利度和寿命都要好于单质粉末胎体的锯片,基本提高10%以上,寿命也基本提高15%以上。通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察锯片刀头侧面和胎体断口,可见使用预合金粉末的胎体金刚石出露充分,断口微观组织比较均匀,颗粒很小,而且孔隙很少,完全使用单质粉末胎体的金刚石出露明显稍差,且有部分金刚石已经脱落,微观组织比较粗糙,颗粒很大,而且不均匀,同时有较多的孔隙。 In this paper,the saw blades made by pre-alloyed powder and elemental powder respectively are used for cutting red granite and black granite on the company's cutting platform.The sharpness and life of the pre-alloyed saw blade are better than that of the powdered saw blade,which are improved by more than 10%and 15%respectively.By using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,we found the segment profile using pre-alloyed powder is uniform,the particles are very small,and the holes are obviously less than the elementary powder.However,the microstructure of bond totally using elemental powder is rough,the particles are large and uneven,also there are more holes.
