摘要
目的探讨预见性护理在降低大便失禁危重症患者使用可冲洗式造口袋期间渗漏的作用。方法采用前瞻性研究,2017年1月至2019年10月本院大便失禁危重症患者按照简单随机抽样原则选80例分析,均应用可冲洗式造口袋。采用随机数字原则分为两组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上结合预见性护理。比较两组造口袋渗漏发生率、造口袋更换间隔时间、每日护理造口所需时间、护理满意度。结果研究组渗漏总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);研究组造口袋更换间隔时间长于对照组,每日护理造口所需时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论大便失禁危重症患者使用可冲洗式造口袋期间实施预见性护理可降低渗漏发生风险,延长造口袋更换间隔时间,缩短每日护理造口所需时间,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on reducing leakage of critically ill patients with fecal incontinence during the use of flushable colostomy bag.Methods The prospective study and analysis were performed.A total of 80 critically ill patients with fecal incontinence in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected according to the principle of simple random sampling,and all patients were treated with the flushable colostomy bag.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional nursing,while the study group was given predictive nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing.The incidence of the ostomy leakage,the interval of ostomy replacement,the time required for daily nursing of colostomy bag and patients'satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total yincidence of leakage in the s tudy group was 2.50%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),(P<0.05).The interval of replacement of colostomy bag was longer in the study group than that in the control group,and the time required for daily nursing of colostomy bag was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total patients'satisfaction with nursing of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing can reduce the risk of leakage,prolong the interval of the replacement of colostomy bags,shorten the time required for daily nursing of colostomy bag,and improve the patients'satisfaction with nursing of critically ill patients with fecal incontinence during the use of flushable colostomy bag.
