摘要
以重新解读的唯物史观为方法论基础,以习近平关于政治与经济关系的论述为支撑,对新发展理念生成的理论逻辑进行研究;以生产力—生产方式—生产关系为逻辑主线,从经济史的视角揭示了经济发展理念产生的历史逻辑;从跨越“中等收入陷阱”和推进高质量发展需要的视角论证了新发展理念生成的现实逻辑。以经济新常态为起点,构建了一个从新发展理念到高质量发展再到构建新发展格局这样一条看似简单却包含深刻内涵的逻辑链条,揭示其隐含的关系,并以此为基础,以统筹发展与安全为主线,对构建新发展格局的路径选择进行了探索。
Based on the reinterpretation of historical materialism as the methodological basis,and supported by Xi Jinping's discussion on the relationship between politics and economy,this paper studies the theoretical logic of the generation of new development concepts.Taking productivity,mode of production and relation of production as the logical main line,this paper reveals the historical logic of the emergence of economic development concept from the perspective of economic history.This paper demonstrates the realistic logic of the new development concept from the perspective of overcoming the"middle income trap"and promoting high-quality development.On the basis of new development concept generation logic study,this article also in economic new normal as the starting point,to build a new development concept to high-quality development to build the new pattern of development of such a seemingly simple but contains deep connotation of logic chain,reveals the underlying relations,and on this basis,the overall development and security as the main line,The choice of path to construct the new development pattern is explored.
