摘要
探讨微课结合PBL案例教学模式在眼科专业学位研究生临床教学中的应用效果。将潍坊医学院2018—2020级研究生参加规范化培训的眼科专业研究生按照随机数字表法随机分为实验组(20人)和对照组(20人)。实验组采用基于微课的翻转课堂融合PBL案例教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学方法。授课结束后,对两组学生进行理论知识与实践技能考核及教学效果评价问卷调查,结果显示,实验组学生理论知识与实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组,实验组问卷调查满意率也优于对照组。PBL结合微课教学法应用于眼科教学效果良好,有利于学生自主学习,激发学习兴趣,增强学习效果,提高分析问题与解决问题能力。
This paper discusses the application effect of micro-lecture combined with PBL case teaching model in the clinical teaching of professional degree postgraduates in ophthalmology.The postgraduates in ophthalmology of Weifang Medical University,who participated in the standardized training,were randomly divided into an experimental group(20 people)and a control group(20 people).The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom combined with PBL case teaching model based on micro-classes,and the control group used traditional teaching methods.Then the two groups of students were tested on theoretical knowledge and practical skills,as well as a questionnaire survey on the evaluation of teaching effects.Results showed that The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the questionnaire satisfaction rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Therefore,it is concluded that the application of PBL combined with micro-course teaching method in ophthalmology teaching has a good effect,which is conducive to students’independent learning,stimulates learning interest,enhances learning effect,and improves problem analysis and problem solving ability.
