摘要
生态与环境保护是当前社会发展的新常态,环保产业有望成为新的经济增长点,市场对环境类人才需求增加。为使学生的创新实践能力与企业要求无缝对接,我校环境工程专业开展了多维共建模式下提升环境人才实践创新能力的改革与实践,突显工程实践应用能力和国际化视野的复合人才培养,彰显服务地方经济前沿的复合型环保高级应用人才的培养特色。通过多维校地实践平台和国际合作平台的建设,融合“互联网+”教学理念,建设校企实习双选网络平台,为提升学生的工作适应能力提供媒介,拓展了学生国际化视野,提升了学生追踪环保发展热点和国际交流能力。
Ecological and environmental protection is the new normal of the current social development.En-vironmental protection industry is expected to become a new economic growth point,and the society has an increasing demand for environmental talents.In order to seamlessly connect students’innovation and practical abili-ty with the requirements of enterprises,the environmental engineering major of our university has carried out the reform and practice of improving the practical innovation ability of environmental talents under the multi-dimensional co-construction model.These measures highlight the compound talent training with the ability of engineering practice application and international vision,and highlight the cultivation characteristics of compound environmental protection senior applied talents that serve the frontier of the local economy.With the construction of a multi-dimensional school-local practice platform and international cooperation platform,as well as the construction of a school-enterprise two-way choosing internship network platform,which integrates the“Internet+”teaching concept,we can provide media for improving students’work adaptability,expanding students’inter-national vision,and improving students ability to track environmental development hots pots and international ex-changes.
