摘要
综述了目前国内外大学生科技创新能力培养现状。结合普通院校化学化工类人才培养特点,进行了导师制下化工类本科生科技创新能力培养研究。研究结果表明,"导师制"的执行,使学生的化工安全意识增强,科技创新意识增强,科技创新能力提高。
The ability training of the scientific and technological innovation is summarized in the paper. Combining with the characteristics of chemical professional students in the ordinary colleges and universities, we study the ability innovation training of chemical engineering undergraduates in science and technology. The practice shows that the implementation of tutorial system can not only strengthen undergraduates' safety awareness, the consciousness of scientific and technological innovation, but also enhance innovative ability innovation.
