摘要
本文基于中国30个省、直辖市、自治区2006—2016年的制造业数据,对产业转移演变进行分析,刻画以制造业为表征的产业转移的时空演变。通过建立空间计量模型,纳入控制变量,实证分析制造业产业转移对区域创新的影响。研究结果表明:制造业产业转移对区域的创新产出具有显著的正向溢出效应,研究与开发投入、人力资本水平、对外开放程度、地区基础设施水平、国有化程度以及空间邻近区域的创新等均对区域创新产生积极影响。
Based on the manufacturing data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2016,this paper analyzes the evolution of industry transfer,and depicts the temporal and spatial evolution of industrial transfer characterized by manufacturing.And then this paper establishes a spatial econometric model to analyze the impact of manufacturing industrial transfer on regional innovation.The results show that manufacturing industrial transfer does have a significant positive spillover effect on regional innovation.At the same time,the investment of research and development,human capital,the degree of opening up,the level of regional infrastructure,nationalization,as well as regional innovation from neighbouring regions all have positive impacts on regional innovation.
