摘要
通过扎根理论方法对东北地区4个大型商业区的案例研究表明,疫情防控从消费习惯和社交距离影响消费行为,从经营成本和预期收益影响营商规模,对城市大型商业区集聚发展模式产生冲击。大型商业区以重塑供需链接关系为目标,通过“资源结构化-资源能力化-资源杠杆化”推动大型商业区商业模式创新。
Based on grounded theory,the multicase study of four large-scale business districts in Northeast China shows that epidemic prevention and control affects consumer behavior from two aspects of consumption habits and social distance,and affects business scale from two aspects of operating costs and expected benefits and has an impact on the agglomeration development mode of large-scale business districts.To reshape the relationship between supply and demand,large-scale commercial district promotes the innovation of business model through“resource structure-resource capacity-resource leverage”.
