摘要
论文运用扎根理论方法,从创业生态系统出发,选取6所地方工科院校为研究对象,对其创业生态系统的运行机制进行了实证研究,提炼出“动力、协同、融合、保障”四个机制,在此基础上构建了地方工科院校创业生态系统运行机制的理论模型,并对模型进行了阐释。研究拓展了创业生态系统理论广度,对地方工科院校的创业工作具有一定的指导意义。
Selecting six local engineering colleges as our research sample,we analyze their operation mechanism of entrepreneurship ecosystem based on Grounded Theory,and put forward four mechanisms:dynamic,collaboration,integration and guarantee.Then,we construct and expound theoretical model of operation mechanism of entrepreneurship ecosystem in local engineering colleges.Our research expands the theoretical breadth of entrepreneurship ecosystem and has certain guiding significance for the entrepreneurial work of local engineering colleges.
