摘要 本文针对试验区D区块聚合物驱过程中出现的部分采出井含水回升快、见聚浓度高、吸液剖面不均等问题,结合试验区的生产实际分析,对注采井进行调整,改善吸液剖面。运用数值模拟方法来研究注聚方案调整、注采井压裂措施对聚合物驱开发效果的改善程度。在历史拟合的基础上描述试验区剩余油分布情况,设计了6种聚合物驱开发调整方案,研究相应提高采收率的效果。结果表明:调整注聚方案与对注采井进行压裂措施相结合时,聚驱提高采收率幅度最高,较基础方案采收率提高了1.48%。因为提高聚合物浓度和日注入量可以增大聚合物在油藏内的波及体积,进而提高石油采收率,同时配合注采井压裂措施,注入井压裂能减轻近井地层对聚合物的剪切降黏作用,使聚合物保持较高黏度,向剩余油饱和度更高的深部地层波及,而采出井压裂则通过形成人工裂缝,建立储层流体高渗导流通道,使被驱替至采出井附近的原油更易流入井底,注聚方案调整与压裂措施并举,达到最佳开发效果。 During polymer flooding in Block D of pilot areas,injection-production wells are adjusted and fluid entry profile is improved according to the actual production analysis in the pilot areas to solve the prob-lems of rapid recovery of water cut,high polymer concentration in produced fluid and nonuniform injection profile in partial production wells.Numerical simulation methods are used to study the improvement of polymer flooding by polymer-injection scheme adjustment and fracturing measures for the injection-production wells.Remaining oil distribution in the pilot areas is described based on history matching,and 6 kinds of adjustment schemes for the polymer flooding are designed to study the effect of EOR.The results show that when the polymer-injection scheme adjustment is combined with fracturing in injection-production wells,polymer flooding may gain the maximum range of EOR,which enhances oil recovery by 1.48% compared with basis project.The swept volume of polymer in reservoir can be improved by increasing polymer concentration and daily injection rate,and then oil recovery is enhanced.For the injection well fracturing,the shear and viscosity reduction of the polymer in the near-wellbore formations can be reduced,and the polymer remains high viscosity and then sweeps toward deeper strata with higher remaining oil saturation.For the production well frac-turing,artificial fractures are formed,and high-permeability diversion channels are established for the fluid,and it is easier for the oil displaced near the production well to flow into the bottom hole.So the optimum de-velopment effect can be achieved by adjusting the polymer injection scheme and doing fracturing.
