残留聚合物再利用技术参数分析研究

摘要 海上注聚油田已临近注聚末期,注聚阶段引起的非均质性增强、剖面吸液不均匀及含水回升较快等问题亟待解决。在CMG软件基础上运用絮凝剂滞留的运动方程,模型模拟结果与岩心驱油实验数据拟合率达到96.3%,实现了残留聚合物的数值模拟;对絮凝剂注入因素进行数值模拟研究,结果表明:聚驱结束后直接注入絮凝剂,段塞体积0.0081 PV,注入絮凝剂浓度0.5%时,对残留聚合物固定效率高,抑制含水效果明显,能够实现聚驱后进一步提高采收率的目的。 Late stage of polymer flooding is approaching in offshore oilfield,and the problems of increaseed heterogeneity,nonuniform liquid absorption,and rapid recovery of water cut,etc.occurred during polymer flooding have to be fixed promptly.Residual polymer numerical simulation was carried out using the motion equation of flocculant retention based on CMG software,and it was found that 96.3%of the simulation results fit the experiment data of oil displacement in core.The results of the numerical simulation of flocculant injection factors have shown that the slug size is 0.0081 PV when flocculant is injected directly after polymer flooding is completed and that the efficiency of flocculant in fixing residual polymer is high and the effect of water cut inhibition is significant when the concentration of the injected flocculant is 0.5%.Further enhancing oil recovery can be reached by use of flocculant after polymer flooding is conducted.
