摘要 研究了聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液深部调驱机理,考虑到岩石表面化学吸附、渗透率降低、不可及孔隙体积等因素,建立了相应的数学模型,研制了油藏数值模拟器。以孤岛油田中二南Ng3-4层系为例,进行了注入参数的敏感性分析。结果表明,单从提高采收率角度来看,反相乳液注入浓度、体积及顶替液注入体积越大越好;但考虑到成本等因素时,这些参数存在一个最佳值。综合考虑成本、增油量、降低含水率等因素,应用正交设计方法和模糊数学原理,优化设计了矿场注入方案,在先导试验区实施后,区块日产液量上升了21.3%,日产油量上升了37%,含水率下降了1.1%。 The combination mechanism of in-depth profile control and flooding of polyacrylamide (PAM) inverse emulsion was studied. Considering the adsorption of chemical species on rock surfaces, permeability reduction caused by the adsorption of polymer and gel, as well as inaccessible pore volume to macromolecules, a mathematical model applicable to description of the flooding process of PAM inverse emulsion was established. The corresponding numerical simulator was developed. Taking Ng^3-4 strata of Zhongernan Block in Gudao Oilfield as an example, the sensitivity of injection parameters was analyzed. It is found that the effects for combination of profile control and flooding are improved with the increases of injection concentration of PAM inversion emulsion, injection volume of PAM inversion emulsion and the injection volume of displacement fluid, in the view of enhanced oil recovery aspect alone. However, when other factors, such as cost, and incremental oil production, are considered, there exist the corresponding optimum values for these factors, respectively. Taking the cost, incremental oil production,and decremented water cut into account, the field injection scheme was optimized with the orthogonal array method and the fuzzy mathematical theory. The average daily liquid production rate increased by 21.3% , but the average daily oil production rate increased by 37%, and the water cut decreased by 1.1%o.
