摘要
以半红冬枣为试验材料,用天然树脂膜涂被剂、中草药涂膜剂、甘草保鲜剂和化学保鲜剂对其浸泡处理,清水浸泡为对照,在库温为-1~-2℃,相对湿度为90%~95%的冷库中贮藏,每隔20d测定枣果的相关指标,以研究不同涂被剂对冬枣贮藏特性的影响。结果表明,冬枣在贮藏期间,其好果率和硬度逐渐减小,可溶性固形物含量先下降再上升。4种涂被剂在不同程度均可提高好果率,减缓硬度和可溶性固形物含量的下降幅度。贮藏至70d时,只有化学保鲜剂和中草药涂膜剂的好果率高于10%,其余处理均低于10%,且这两种处理枣果可溶性固形物含量波动幅度小于其他处理,硬度高于其他处理,化学保鲜剂与其他处理间差异显著,综合考虑各因素,化学保鲜剂和中草药Ⅱ作为冬枣贮藏涂被剂的贮藏效果为宜,化学保鲜剂更佳。
Semi red winter jujube(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)was treated with natural resin film coating agent,Chinese herbal medicine coating agent,licorice preservative and chemical preservative,and water immersion as control.It was stored in cold storage with temperature of-1℃–-2℃and relative humidity of 90%–95%.The related indexes were measured every 20 days to study the effects of different coating agents on the storage characteristics of winter jujuba.Results showed that,during storage,the good fruit rate and hardness of winter jujuba decreased gradually,and the soluble solid content decreased at first and then increased.All the kinds of coating agents can increase the rate of good fruit,slow down hardness,and reduce the fluctuation range of soluble solid content.The chemical preservative and Chinese herbal medicine coating had a good fruit rate higher than 10%,when storage 70 days later,while the other treatments had a good fruit rate lower than 10%.So we have the conclusion that,both chemical preservative and Chinese herbal coating arebeneficial for the storage of winter jujube,but chemical preservative is better.
