摘要
目的观察品管圈中结合电子监管码对医院药品调剂差错及工作效率的影响。方法2017年1月山东大学齐鲁医院药学部成立品管圈小组,并实施药品电子监管码,选取2016年1月-2017年12月医院开出的处方为研究资料,比较品管圈中结合电子监管码实施前(2016年)、实施后(2017年)盘点药品中特殊异常数据与异常数据比值、开出的处方数及患者候药时间。结果2017年特殊异常与异常数据比值为16.23%,显著低于2016年的34.28%(χ^(2)=8.630,P=0.000)。与2016年比较,2017年各月开出的处方数均增加;2017年患者平均候药时间为(12.13±1.42)min,短于2016年的(15.10±1.18)min(t=13.753,P=0.000)。结论品管圈中结合药品电子监管码可有效减少药学部药品调剂差错,提高调配人员工作效率,同时缩短患者候药时间,值得临床大力研究与推广。
Objective To explore the influence of the combination of electronic supervision codes in the quality control circle on hospital drug dispensing errors and work efficiency.Methods In January 2017,the Department of Pharmacy of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University established a quality control circle group and implemented electronic drug supervision codes.Selected the prescriptions issued by the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 as the research data.Compared the ratio of special abnormal data to abnormal data in drugs,number of prescriptions issued and patient waiting time before the implementation of the electronic supervision code in the comparative quality control circle(2016)and after the implementation(2017).Results The ratio of special anomalies to abnormal data in 2017 was 16.23%,which was significantly lower than34.28%in 2016(χ^(2)=8.630,P=0.000).Compared with 2016,the number of prescriptions issued in each month of 2017 has increased;The average waiting time of patients in 2017 was(12.13±1.42)min,which was shorter than(15.10±1.18)min in 2016(t=13.753,P=0.000).Conclusion The combination of electronic drug supervision codes in the quality control circle can effectively reduce the drug dispensing errors of the Department of Pharmacy,improve the efficiency of the deployment staff,and shorten the waiting time for patients.It is worthy of vigorous clinical research and promotion.
