摘要
现代学徒制是提高我国职业教育发展质量、提升职业教育服务贡献率的重要抓手。职业院校和企业在全面推行现代学徒制过程中取得显著成效的同时,也面临着诸多问题。基于SWOT分析视角发现,现代学徒制虽然贴近生产情景、以师徒关系为基础、还拥有国家政策的支持,但仍存在“校热企冷”现象凸显、双招一体化难以落实、“双导师”团队建设不足、质量管理体系尚未健全和社会认同度不高等问题。基于此,应提出可供选择的发展战略:筑牢校企利益共同体,提高企业参与积极性;抓住政策机遇,落实双招一体化、完善“双导师”团队建设和健全质量管理机制;大力弘扬中国传统师徒文化,促进社会观念转变;加强学校项目运营管理水平,利用自身优势,探索全面推行中国特色现代学徒制的路径。
Modern apprenticeship is an important starting point for improving the quality of Chinese vocational education development and increasing the contribution rate of vocational education services.While vocational colleges and enterprises have achieved remarkable results in the comprehensive implementation of modern apprenticeship,they are also facing many problems.Based on the SWOT analysis perspective,it is found that although the modern apprenticeship system is close to the production situation,based on the master-apprentice relationship,and supported by national and local policies and regulations,there are still some problems such as prominent phenomenon of“school hotness and enterprise coldness”,difficult to implement the integration of recruitment and employment,insufficient"dual-teacher"team building,inadequate quality management practices,and low social recognition.Based on this,alternative development strategies should be proposed:build a community of school-enterprise interests,increase the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate;seize policy opportunities and implement the integration of dual recruitment,improve the"dual teacher"team building and improve the quality management mechanism;vigorously promote Chinese traditional apprenticeship culture to promote the transformation of social concepts;makes overall plans and takes into account the use of limited resources to explore the path to comprehensively implement modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.
