摘要
开设电梯专业符合市场对电梯专业人才的需求,如何把电梯专业建设好、把电梯专业人才培养好是高职院校的一个重要课题。文章简述高职院校电梯专业人才培养存在的问题,并从加强支撑学科建设、加强专业师资力量培训、完善人才培养方案、提高实训设施现代化程度、加强校企合作、突出专业特色等方面探讨电梯专业人才培养策略。
The establishment of elevator specialty meets the needs of the market for elevator professionals.Building elevator specialty and train elevator professionals is an important topic in higher vocational colleges.This paper briefly introduces the problems in the training of elevator professionals in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the training strategies of elevator professionals from the aspects of strengthening the construction of disciplines,strengthening the training of professional teachers,improving the training scheme,improving the modernization of training facilities,strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises,and highlighting the professional characteristics.
