摘要
我国现在拥有电梯作业资格的工程技术人员数量远不能满足市场需求。为了培养电梯相关技能人才,很多技工院校陆续设立与电梯相关的专业,其历届毕业生均成为抢手人才。然而,很多学校电梯专业历年来的招生情况却不尽人意,生源质量和高就业率背道而驰。文章重点就此问题进行分析,给出一些对策。
In recent years, the media reported that the quantity of personnel to have elevator profession qualification can＇ t meet the demand of market. In order to cultivate talents, elevator related institutions are established in many mechanic colleges, its previous graduates are become popular talents. However, many school student enrollment of professional elevator has not arbitrarily, students＇ quality and high employment rate. Why will appear this kind of circumstance？ This paper analyzed, and gives some corresponding countermeasures.
