摘要
针对企业人才需求量的预测问题,由于影响企业人才需求的因素众多,摒弃了传统的多因素的多元回归预测方法,将人才需求量定义为关于年度时间的变化量。通过引入学习效率高、泛化能力强的极限学习机(ELM)模型,以时间作为输入变量,文章通过ELM得到预测值,将预测值与实际值进行了对比,得出以ELM作为企业人才需求量的预测模型具有较好的适用性。
In view of the forecast problem of enterprise talent demand,because there are many factors that affect the enterprise talent demand,the traditional multi-factor multivariate regression prediction method is abandoned,and the talent demand is defined as the change of annual time.By introducing the Extreme Learning Machin(ELM)model with high learning efficiency and strong generalization ability,taking time as the input variable,the predicted value is obtained through the ELM,and the predicted value is compared with the actual value.It is concluded that the ELM is a good applicability.
