摘要
在全球节能的大背景下,中国新能源产业作为应对中国能源问题和经济社会发展的中坚力量,其研发活动是企业发展的核心。以沪深A股市场2010-2019年新能源上市公司作为研究样本,采用面板数据和多元回归的方法,对新能源企业股权性质、管理层权力与研发投入的关系进行分析。研究发现:新能源企业的管理层权力与研发投入存在显著的相关关系,并且不同的管理层权力指标对新能源企业研发投入有不同的影响,股权性质在二者之间起调节作用。在此基础上提出平衡管理层各项权力指标、加强对研发项目的综合评估和管理、政府适度干预的对策建议。
In the context of global energy conservation,China's new energy industry is the backbone of China in responding to energy problems and for the economic and social development.R&D activities of the industry are the core of enterprise development.Taking the new listed energy companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share market from 2010 to 2019 as the research sample,this paper uses panel data and multiple regression methods to analyze the relationship between the equity nature,management power and R&D investment of new energy enterprises.The results show that there is a significant correlation between management power and R&D investment of new energy enterprises,different indicators of management power have different effects on R&D investment of new energy enterprises,and the nature of equity plays a moderating role between them.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,such as balancing various power indicators of management and strengthening the comprehensive evaluation and management of R&D projects with moderate government intervention.
