摘要
磁感式接近传感器逐步取代了传统机械触点式接近开关,在航空飞行器中得到广泛使用。作为一种磁感式接近传感器,在具备诸多优点的同时,也存在很多对于安装使用具有影响的特性因素,需要通过试验测试加以探索研究。因此,设计开发了一种接近传感器试验系统,用于测试接近传感器在飞行器中以不同模式运动,以及存在不同安装误差时的电感量变化曲线,从而积累经验数据,为新机型的设计提供借鉴。
Approximity sensors have gradually taken the place of the traditional mechanical switch and been widely used in aviation aircrafts.While they have many advantages as a new type of sensors,they also have many factors that influence their usage in aircraft,which need to be studied indetail through experiments.Therefore,an approximity sensor experimental system is designed to have the sensors tested under different motion modes and installation error,such that experience testing data can be accumulated to provide useful suggestion for designing new aircrafts in the future.
