摘要 飞机舱门是否能够安全可靠地工作,将直接影响到飞机的飞行安全,在飞机处于飞行状态时,需要实时、准确检测出舱门的位置信息,并将位置信息传送回舱门控制系统。为实现对舱门控制系统的功能模拟,采用C8051单片机作为测试系统的处理器,设计基于单片机的硬件电路,及进行C语言程序开发,使得该装置能够模拟飞机在处于飞行、地面状态时的舱门位置检测。以模拟舱门的目标物为检测对象,利用接近传感器检测目标物的位置,实现不同状态下的位置实时检测、显示及报警功能。最后的试验验证该测试系统可以实时检测出目标物的位置,模拟飞机处于飞行及地面状态下的舱门位置检测,并将检测结果显示在LCD显示屏上,达到设计初衷。 Whether the aircraft doors can work safely and reliably will directly affect the flight safety of the aircraft. When the aircraft is at flight state the real-time location information of the doors needs to be detected and the location information needs to be sent back to the control system of the doors. In order to realize the simulation of the function of control system of the doors,the C8051 single-chip is used as the processor of the test system. The hardware circuit design and development of the C language program are based on the C8051. As a result the system can simulate the detection of the doors’ position at flight and ground state. The object of the simulated doors is taken as the detection object,and the location of the target is detected by the proximity sensor. So the functions of the real-time position detection,display and alarm at different states can be realized. The final experiment verifies that the test system can detect the real-time location of the object and simulate the detection of the aircraft doors’ position at flight and ground state,and display the detection results on the LCD display screen,which means the system can achieve the design purpose.
