摘要
数字化转型是实现城市生态环境现代化治理的内在需求。阐述了上海“十三五”期间生态环境信息化工作在网上办事水平、公共服务能力、信息系统整合、大数据管理平台、业务智慧化能力等方面的进展。分析了城市生态环境数字化转型存在的协同联动性较弱、信息现代化水平低、数据共享质量差等难点。提出了城市生态环境数字化转型的三大实施路径,为上海城市生态环境现代化治理和数字化转型提供技术支撑。
Digital transformation is the internal demand to realise the modern governance of urban ecological environment.The progress of ecological environment information construction work in Shanghai during the 13th Five Year Plan period was reviewed in terms of online service level,public service ability,information system integration,big data management platform,business intelligence ability,and etc.Problems existing in the digital transformation of urban ecological environment were also combed through such as weak collaboration,low level of information modernisation,and poor quality of data sharing.In order to provide technical support for modernised governance and digital transformation of urban ecological environment in Shanghai,three implementation paths of digital transformation for urban ecological environment were proposed.
