摘要
圣经中关于以色列历史起源问题的叙事是极具争议性的篇章,哥特瓦尔德作为著名的西方马克思主义圣经学者,创新性地将马克思主义理论运用于圣经研究,成功重构了以色列历史起源的起义模式.其间的社会背景、人民起义的主体力量、亚卫宗教的作用是他重构该模式的出发点.他的研究不仅为以色列的社会历史探索开拓了新途径,把圣经的社会科学研究推上新高度,也对马克思主义新领域的理论思考做出贡献.
The narrative of Israelite origin in the Bible has been a hot debated question.Norman K.Gottwald,one of the most prominent contemporary Marxist biblical scholars,has innovatively applied Marxist theory to contemporary biblical studies and successfully reconstructed the revolt model of Israelite historical origin.The starting points for his research are the social background of Israelite origin,the main force of the people’s uprising and the role of Yahwism.Gottwald’s work not only exploits a new approach to the study of the social history of Israel and takes scientific biblical criticism to a new level,but has also contributed to the exploration of the frontiers of Marxism.
